The Challenge

Managers and recruiters have a ton of candidate and employee engagement. This results in a lot of time and work spent engaging with these employees and candidates. It also results in a lot of additional administrative work. Engagement needs to be quick and easy for the employee and candidate so they don’t have to spend too much time on it, which can get them out of their focus. If the process is quick and easy their experience with the company to increase. With more technological possibilities available, and the desire of employees to be in contact with their employer via various channels when needed, more and more companies want to get solid, safe and convenient solutions in place.

Freeday’s digital employee Jessy engages with the candidates and employees. Jessy quickly guides the candidate or employee through the steps to gather the information the manager is looking for by asking questions. She also informs the employee about the next steps in the workflow and can gives the employee the opportunity to ask questions. All administrative work is done by Jessy, who informs the employer of the answers provided by the employee.

Employers and recruiters can now make sure candidates and employees are properly engaged through channels selected by the company. For example Whatsapp, Telegram, Teams or Slack. These channels are easy to use on all devices. The employee no longer needs to get its laptop and open a personnel system anymore. While the manager solves the efficiency and time management problem, Jessy does the administrative work and can set up alerts for the manager as a reminder to take a quick look at the information gathered.
